Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
Return Process
- Email our support team with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item back as instructed
Return Shipping
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping
- For other returns, customer is responsible for shipping costs
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
- We offer replacements for damaged or defective items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for fast resolution
